      • INTEGER JOBS collects from the Customer the information it provides for: (i) creating the user account; (ii) information provided by the Client in order to provide the services; (iii) information regarding the provision of services obtained from public data and / or third-party sources.
      • Specifically, we collect and process the following information about you, such as but not limited to: name; first name, date of birth, username, phone number (including home and mobile phone numbers); e-mail address, public social media profile: name, profile URL, photos, “likes”, location, other public information on the profile; Location information; Browser and device information: IP address (device ID); Information about the server log file; Application usage data; Personal Data of activity / involvement (for example, the date and time of activity on the relevant Sites, whenever a Site is visited, which elements are accessed). At the same time, we collect data on how the Customer interacts with the services, the preferences expressed as well as the settings chosen in relation to the services. In certain cases, the Provider may use cookies, pixel tags as well as other technologies having similar functions that allow the creation and maintenance of a unique identification.
      • We ask that you do not send us or disclose any Sensitive Information on or through the Sites or in any other way to us. “Sensitive information” is Personal Data regarding sensitive issues, such as: racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health or medical status, criminal record, union membership, etc.
      • The collected information is processed by INTEGER JOBS for the purpose of providing the services.       • Confidential Information – The Parties agree to use the confidential information of the other Party exclusively in connection with the Services and not to disclose it without prior written approval, except in the following cases: i) when this is mandatory under the specific law or regulations or when requested by to a professional body; ii) the advisers with whom the Parties work.
      • The Provider may disclose confidential information to subcontractors or service providers provided that they are bound by confidentiality obligations, as well as to the Client’s consultants who are involved in the respective issue. The obligation to keep the information received in connection with the contract confidential will remain valid for three years after receiving this information. The above does not apply to information that (i) is publicly available, or (ii) has been received by someone who has no confidentiality obligations in relation to it, or (iii) was already known to the Party receiving this information.
    2. The policy of the use of cookies
To comply with the requirements established in the EU Directive of May 26, 2012 and the provisions of Law no. 506 of November 17, 2004 regarding the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, all visitors to the website are required to consent before sending cookies to their computers.
